Established over five decades ago, Booe Realty began as one of the first Real Estate agencies in Myrtle Beach with nothing more than a hand full of vacation rentals. It was a humble venture driven by a vision to create unforgettable vacation experiences. Bob and Maggie Booe believed travel has the power to create lasting memories, and they were right. After many years of serving the Grand Strand, and with Bob’s passing, Maggie decided to pass her vision on to Miller Hawkins. Miller purchased Booe Realty in 1995, and with his guidance, over the years, Bob and Maggie’s endeavor has thrived. In that time, Booe Realty has grown into a trusted and recognized brand, catering to countless individuals and families seeking remarkable vacation rentals and real estate services.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony, held on May 10th, celebrated our commitment to excellence and our gratitude to the community that has contributed to our success. With the assistance of the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, the event was a huge success! The ribbon-cutting was attended by several esteemed guests, including a few of our valued homeowners, business associates, and community members who have been integral to our journey.

The event's highlight was the ceremonial ribbon, representing the bridge between our notable past and the limitless possibilities that lie ahead. As the countdown reached zero, the ribbon was cut, symbolizing the official launch of our 52nd year in business and showing off Booe Realty’s new look.The occasion gave us a chance to reflect on our numerous accomplishments throughout our history.
