Sands Beach Club 1016 presents a spacious living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony providing breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Standard amenities in this condo include central heating/air conditioning, television, microwave, and dishwasher.

The resort complex boasts both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, a fitness facility, and tennis courts, complemented by fabulous ocean views and convenient beach access. Please note that The Sands Beach Club strictly prohibits pets and motorcycles on the premises.

Booe Realty ensures peace of mind by offering travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and providing each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in.

Booe Realty extends a variety of rental options, including vacation rentals, winter stays, long-term rentals, and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Myrtle Beach vacation rentals at The Sands Beach Club are available for weekly vacation stays and may also be open for daily rentals.

The bedding configuration for Sands Beach Club 1016 includes a Queen bed and a Pyramid bed.  Additionally, enjoy the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer within the condo for your added comfort.

Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own.

Lovely condo right on the beach! The patio was perfect never wanted to leave it! The condo was wonderful and had everything we needed!

I have been very pleased with Boo Realty and Sands Beach Club. Very nice condo and nicely furnished , except too many pillows LOL. The HVAC was having some issues and they responded to our concern very promptly and it was resolved. I fully endorsed Boo Realty and Sands Beach Club. Journey at Boo was extremely nice and helpfull
