A Place at the Beach 9540 2J is nestled adjacent to the world-famous oceanfront Ocean Annie's Beach Club. This condo complex boasts a selection of professionally managed vacation rental properties, including oceanfront, oceanview, and second-row accommodations, all expertly handled by Booe Realty.

A Place at The Beach units feature 2 bedrooms and either 1.5 or 2 baths, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for guests. These charming vacation rentals are complete with spacious living rooms, dining areas, fully equipped kitchens, and private balconies. The resort complex offers a range of amenities, including inviting swimming pools, sun decks, a convenient grilling area, and easy beach access. For added convenience, each building is equipped with coin-operated washer and dryer facilities. 

Please note that A Place at The Beach maintains a policy of not permitting pets or motorcycles on the premises.

To ensure peace of mind, Booe Realty offers travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and provides every renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty specializes in a wide range of rental options, including vacation rentals, winter rentals, long-term rentals, and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area.  Vacation rentals are available for weekly stays and, in some cases, can be arranged for daily visits and winter rentals. One parking pass is provided for each property, simplifying your parking needs.

The unit configuration for A Place at The Beach 9540 2J is as follows: 1 King bed, 1 Double bed, 1 Twin bed, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa, ensuring comfortable accommodations for your stay.

Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own.

We were left in a bind with last minute cancellations and Booe Realty and their team helped me find a perfect new spot. We are now in love with this place! Clean, comfortable, great beach access and if there are any issues they fix it immediately. We will definitely use them for all our vacation rentals from here on out. Great job! Kudos to the condo owner, what a beautiful place!

Excellent condo with shorteasy access to the beach. The view from the balcony to the beach was great! It was nice to sit and have my morning tea and watch the ocean. Staff at BooeRealty were great to work with - and cheerful - despite our getting there late. We hope to vacation here again!
