The complex features spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, and 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominiums. These delightful vacation rentals boast expansive living rooms, dining areas, fully equipped kitchens, enclosed screen porches, and inviting balconies. Each condominium is equipped with standard amenities, including central heating/air conditioning, cable television, and a washer/dryer.

Within the resort complex, you'll find both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sun decks, and a grilling area. Please note that Heron Pointe does not allow motorcycles on the premises, and pets are not permitted.

For your peace of mind, Booe Realty offers travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and includes a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver for each guest upon check-in.

Booe Realty provides an array of services, including vacation rentals, winter rentals, long-term rentals, and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Myrtle Beach vacation rentals in the Heron Pointe complex are available for weekly stays and may also cater to shorter daily stays and winter rentals.

This non-smoking, 1st-floor property offers two screened porches for your comfort and relaxation. The bedding arrangement includes 1 King, 1 Queen, and a bunk bed.

Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own.
