These stand-alone 3 or 4 bedroom cottages offer the best of both worlds—a complex setting with the privacy of a single private house. Conveniently located, both cottage complexes are just a quick 5-minute drive to the Tanger Outlet shops, a mere 10-minute drive to popular attractions like The Carolina Opry, Pirate’s Voyage, and Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach, and approximately 15 minutes to the vibrant Broadway at the Beach.

Guest Cottages come well-equipped with fully furnished kitchens, washer/dryer, and central heating/air conditioning. These cottages are positioned just a short stroll from the beach and offer the convenience of under-house parking and access to community pools.

For your peace of mind, Booe Realty offers travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and provides each guest with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty's services extend to vacation rentals, winter rentals, long-term rentals, and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Bedding arrangement: 1 King bed, 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twins, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa.

 
Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own.

Great location - fully stocked with all your needs in the kitchen. Loved being next to the pool, especially with 4 little ones. Easy walk to the beach - close to food. Easy check-in and check-out! Close proximity to Apache Campground made it great as part of our family stayed there in their RV.

Short walk to the beach. Pool right next to unit. Pool a little small but a bigger one was a 3 minute walk. Tv in every bedroom and a really cold ac. The only negative was lack of any sound separation from main room and bedrooms.
