Booe Realty Myrtle Beach Winter Rentals
The season in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is
no longer just a 3 month affair. More and more vacationers
and retirees are discovering how enjoyable it is
to visit the Grand Strand during the Fall, Winter
and early Spring. Many of our properties are available
by the month at greatly affordable prices from October
through March of each year (excluding Easter week).
When we say 'monthly' we mean a rental for one full
month, check-in on the first day of the month and
depart on the last day of the month. Rental rates
include local phone (long distance calls not included),
cable TV, and $50 per month electricity credit.
A security deposit is required that is refundable
on payment of all utility bills. Any rentals with
a duration of 90 days or less are subject to state
and local taxes. Linens are not included although
linen rental service is available.
