General InformationThe Sands Beach Club luxury resort condominium complex is situated on the oceanfront in the southern most point of the very popular Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach. These spacious condos are professionally managed vacation rental properties offered by Booe Realty. The Sands Beach Club offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. These wonderful oceanfront vacation rentals all have living rooms, dining area, completely equipped kitchen and a spacious balcony with incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean. These condominiums come equipped with such standard amenities as central heat /air conditioning, carpeting, cable television, telephone, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The resort complex features an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, fitness facility and tennis courts, not to mention fabulous ocean views with easy beach access. The Sands Beach Club does not allow pets or motorcycles on the premises. Standard bedding for these vacation rentals includes: 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin Beds and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Please inquire as to the bedding sizes. The maximum occupancy is 6 people.
Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through CSA Travel Protection and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Myrtle Beach vacation rentals in the Sands Beach Club resort complex are available for weekly vacation rentals and may be available for daily stays and winter rentals.
