These beautiful 3 BR / 2 BA condominiums are situated less than one block from the beach. The Ocean View Towers vacation rentals all have living rooms, dining area, completely equipped kitchen and a balcony. Each condominium comes equipped with such standard amenities as central heat / air conditioning, carpeting, cable television, telephone, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. This complex offers an outdoor pool and an elevator in the building. The Ocean View Towers does not allow pets. Motorcycles are welcome (no trailers). Standard bedding for these vacation rentals includes: 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds and a Queen Sleeper sofa. Please inquire as to the bedding sizes. The maximum occupancy is 8 people.
Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through CSA Travel Protection and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Myrtle Beach vacation rentals at Ocean View Towers units are available for weekly vacation rentals and may be available for daily stays and winter rentals.
