The complex boasts a plethora of on-site amenities, including a large oceanfront pool and hot tub, tennis courts, a BBQ area with picnic tables, a pool table room (for ages 18 and above), a kids' game room, a fitness area, an on-site restaurant, a poolside tiki lunch bar, and a golf putting area. Please note that beach umbrella service is available from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day only, and the pool remains open year-round with heating turned off at the end of October.

For your peace of mind, Booe Realty offers the option of travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and provides a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver to each renter upon check-in.
