"Long Bay Resort is fabulous"
We stayed at Long Bay Resort 751 July 4-11. There are some wonderful positives about the location and experience. First, there is a parking deck on each floor, which makes getting back and forth from the car a breeze. 751 is located on the very corner of the building. You look out over the rooftop sun deck and have a great view of the ocean. (Bring your binoculars as we saw dolphins several times.) The resort itself offers many amenities, including an on site Starbucks, several pools, lazy river, hot tubs, sauna, and easy beach access. There are LOTS of broken shells on this beach, so beach shoes were a must, especially for walking at night. The actual condo is a little dated and shows some wear and tear, but it was comfortable and sufficient for our week's stay. The website noted this is a non-smoking condo, but the moment we walked in, we realized that someone at some time had smoked--long-term, not just a one-time recent thing. None of us smoked, which made the smell more pronounced for us. The washer has a very small capacity, so don't let that take you by surprise, but that was wonderfully convenient to have in the room. Wireless internet service is very, very weak so it is very, very slow. Be prepared to go someplace else to access the interent or just give up internet for the duration of your stay. Overall, it was a good experience for the 7 of us (3 adults, 4 teenagers) and we would recommend the resort to others. Booe Realty staff were great.

"Vacation 2009"
The condo in Long Bay Resort was great. Very spacious and clean. The location was great as well, not too crowded on the beach or at the pool and all the staff at the Long Bay was pleasant, friendly and helpful. The staff at Booe was also pleasant and helpful, we had trouble with the AC and they sent someone right out to fix it. Our overall stay was wonderful and we will definitely be back next year and hope to do business with Booe reality again. Thanks again, Stephanie Smith & Family

"Very nice condominium"
This is a condominium on the seventh floor of the Long Bay towers. Its position at the end of the building means you get a few extra windows, which is nice. It comes pre-furnished, as you'd likely expect, and the furniture is serviceable rental quality, including plenty of couches and a table with plenty of chairs. The kitchen has all the appliances you'd expect; the ice-maker is hit or miss. Bedrooms are comfortable, if condo-sized (they're just a little larger than the beds in them). Bathrooms are serviceable. We had a minor problem with one bathroom; the rental agent had someone there to fix it within a few hours. The television is small and old, which is not a problem for me because I don't rent vacation property to watch television - but it might be a problem for some. The balcony is rather small for the number of people the condo could hold, and the furniture needs to be replaced, but the view is very nice, looking right out over the ocean. There are plenty of amenities in the towers and you'll find most anything else you'd need within a few miles drive. The beach is rather narrow at high tide, but because of the slope, is roomy at low tide. I've rented this place several times and would rent it again.
